Travel Policy:
- I’m based in the Fort Wayne area and love capturing weddings both near and far! For weddings within 20 miles of Fort Wayne, travel and lodging fees are complimentary. For destinations beyond 20 miles, there is a mileage fee of $0.60 per mile. For weddings that require flights and overnight stays, travel and lodging fees will be quoted based on the destination. I’ll always work with you to ensure everything is clear and budget-friendly as we plan your special day.
How This Works

Start by reaching out! You can contact me by filling out my form. If you’re ready to book, I’ll send over the contract to officially secure your wedding date. At this point, you will send the deposit in addition to the signed contract. If you’re still in the inquiry stage or have any questions, we’ll chat about your needs and make sure everything is clear before moving forward.

After you’ve booked, we’ll schedule a “get to know you” meeting to chat about your wedding day vision. We will also schedule your engagement session at this time!

A few months before your wedding, we’ll meet over Zoom to review your timeline. During our meeting, we’ll go over all the important details to ensure I’m capturing every moment that matters to you. As part of your package, I can create a customized timeline with your input. Before our meeting, I’ll send out a questionnaire to gather the necessary details and help me craft the perfect timeline for your day. Of course, if you prefer, you’re always welcome to create your own timeline. We’ll use this time together to make sure there’s enough time for each activity and everything flows smoothly.

About one or two weeks before your wedding day, we’ll finalize your timeline and make sure everything is set. Then, it’s time for your big day, and I’ll be there to capture every magical moment!
Frequently Asked Questions
Typically, you’ll receive your full wedding gallery within 4-6 weeks of your wedding day. I’ll send you a sneak peek within a few days to hold you over!
Yes, I do! Your online gallery allows you to easily order professional-quality prints, canvases, and other products directly from your online gallery. However, you’re under no obligation to purchase prints through the gallery. You’ll also have the option to download your high-resolution images and take them to your local printing store if you prefer.
Yes, I’m based in the Fort Wayne area but I love to travel! Travel fees apply for weddings outside of the 20-mile radius of Fort Wayne. For destinations requiring flights, the travel and lodging fees will be quoted based on the location.
I recommend booking at least 6-12 months before your wedding date to ensure I’m available. Wedding dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons!
A second photographer can be added to any package for an additional fee. I have a network of talented photographers I can reach out to for second shooting, so there’s no need for you to worry about finding one yourself. Having a second shooter helps capture additional angles, moments, and candid shots throughout your wedding day.
Absolutely! I encourage you to share a list of important moments and specific shots you’d like. I’ll do my best to capture everything on your list, but please note that there’s no guarantee I’ll always be able to get every shot due to factors like timing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. I’ll also guide you on the best way to organize family and group photos to make sure we don’t miss any key moments.
Most couples choose 8 hours of coverage, which typically covers the key moments of getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and reception. I’m happy to help you figure out the best coverage for your day based on your timeline.
I do not give out RAW images. I curate and edit your gallery so that it matches your wedding day, with still reflecting my editing style.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to book your date as well as a signed contract which I will send you.
Absolutely!! After you receive your gallery, you may share them to any place you would like! The only thing I ask is that anytime you/family/friends post photos that I have taken, you must give me credit (tagging, or simply a mention of my name is fine).
Under no circumstances can you edit on top of the edited photos. You hired me because you like my work and it discredits my work when my photos are edited by someone else.
